“Take us into life rather than follow us to death”

A client came to me with a pressing concern – her teenager had attempted suicide thrice.
Relevant facts from the intake with the Client:

• The client had multiple (three) abortions conceived with multiple partners prior to the birth of this teenager

I decided to setup a blind constellation (representatives are unaware of any relevant history or facts):

I asked for three representatives from the group – one to represent the young teenager, another to represent “life” and yet another to represent “death”.

Initial image : The Teenager’s representive is only aware of “death” and has her full attention on “death”, barely noticing that “life” is even standing in the field. The representative walks towards “death” and stays there.

Then, I ask for three additional representatives to lie down on the floor, representing the three abortions. Immediately the representative of the teenager looks to where the three representatives are lying down and wants to go and lie down next to them.

Now, how is all this happening? IS there a script that representatives are following. who is guiding the representatives? It is the in-forming or the morphogenetic field. The representatives have sensations in their body, have feelings associated with those sensations and they are “animated” by the in-forming field.

After the representative of the teenager lies next to the “half-siblings” for a little while, everyone gets uncomfortable. The “half-siblings” feel that this movement does not serve life. In fact it adds to their burden when she lies down next to them. I bring in “Fate” and the represntatives of the half-siblings understand that it was their fate and the fate of their suriviving half-sister is different.

I ask the half – siblings to “speak” to the representative of the teenager. They say, :This was our fate, you have a chance that we did not. Pls take us into life, rather than follow us into death”

I also call for another representative, the mother. She takes her place and gives these abortions a place. She is there for “them” now. So, their half-subling sister is free to follow her own life. When someone is not seen, or not given their place, or forgotten, excluded, someone that comes later (like in this case – the teenager) stakes their claim and includes them and thus get “entangled” with them.

When the mother finally sees all this, takes responsibility for her actions, grieves, etc the teenager is free to follow her own life.

She for the first time in the constellation becomes aware of the representative of “life” and turns towards life. She gets up from her supine position, bids farewell to her half-siblings, taking them into life takes step towards life.

We end the constellation here – Orders, energy and reality (the three principles of constellation work) being in a perfect balance.
